Delete your account
Last updated 18 August 2026
You can erase your training data from inside the app at any time, and you can ask for the account itself to be deleted. Both routes are below, along with exactly what goes and what is kept.
Erase your data from the app
Open Settings → Erase all data and confirm. This deletes your sessions, body-weight entries and programme choice, both on the device and in your account, and it takes effect immediately. It does not close the account itself — use the request below for that.
Request full account deletion
Email us and we will delete the account and everything attached to it. Send the request from the address the account uses where you can, since it is how we confirm the request is yours — if you no longer have access to that mailbox, write from any address and we will verify another way.
That opens a message to support@reptrack.me with the details filled in. You can also write to that address directly. We action requests within 30 days, and usually within a few working days.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials, including the Google link if you used one
- Every logged session: exercises, weights, reps, sets and timestamps
- Body-weight entries and your programme selection
- Custom exercises and any programmes you wrote
- Subscription entitlement records held against the account
- Any coach link, so a trainer immediately loses access to your training log
- Outstanding confirmation or password-reset codes
What is kept, and why
Two things survive deletion, neither of which we control from here:
- Purchase and billing records. Subscriptions are billed by Google Play, not by us. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription and does not refund one — cancel in your Play account first, or you will keep being charged for a login that no longer exists.
- Records we are legally required to retain, such as transaction records kept for tax purposes. These are held for the period the law requires and are not used for anything else.
If you are a trainer, deleting your account removes your roster links. It does not delete your clients’ accounts or their training data, which belong to them.
This cannot be undone
Deletion is permanent. There is no recovery window and no backup we can restore from — if you want to keep your history, export or screenshot what matters before you ask. Signing up again later gives you a new, empty account.
