What we're seeing

Back volume is up 41% on last week

That is a big jump in one step. Hold it here for a week before adding more — spikes like this are what precede a missed block.

Overhead press has not moved in 3 weeks

Drop to 90% and build back, or swap in an incline press block for four weeks.

How it works

Four things happen every time you finish a workout.

None of them need a subscription to a web dashboard, an internet connection, or you remembering to do anything.

  1. 01

Log the set, not the session

Tap the weight, tap the reps, tick it off. The rest timer starts itself. Every keystroke is written to disk immediately, so a dropped phone or a force-quit mid-squat loses nothing — you come back to the exact set you were on.

It reads what you actually did

The coach looks at your logged sessions — not what you meant to do — and reports back: training frequency, volume spikes before you get hurt, lifts that have stalled, muscle groups you have quietly stopped training.

    Today: Lower + posterior

Hamstrings have had 4 sets in 14 days while quads have had 22. This session evens that up without adding to your weekly total.

    What I'm seeing

Back volume up 41% week over week

Hold it here for a week before adding more. Spikes like this are what precede a missed block.

    Overhead press stalled 3 weeks

Same weight, same missed final rep. Drop to 90% and rebuild, or swap in an incline block.

    Ask the coach

    Am I training enough?
    Why has my bench stalled?

Three sessions at 80kg × 8 with the last rep missed each time. That is a genuine plateau, not a bad day. Drop to 72.5kg and build back over four weeks.

    What should I eat today?
  3. 03

    The weights move themselves

Double progression, applied automatically. Hit every prescribed rep and the bar goes up one increment next time. Miss two sets badly and it backs off 10% and rebuilds. You never have to decide what to load again.

What you get

Small things, done properly.

Most tracking apps lose to a notes app because they add friction between you and the next set. Everything here is built around removing it.

Works with the wifi off

The coach is a deterministic engine running on your device, not a call to a server. Basement gym, aeroplane, dead signal in the squat rack — logging and coaching behave identically. Your log then mirrors to your account when a connection returns, so a lost phone is never a lost year.

A rest timer you never start

Ticking a set starts the clock. Per-exercise defaults, and it keeps running when you switch apps.

Double progression, automatic

Every rep hit? Load goes up. Two sets badly missed? Down 10%, rebuild. No decisions.

Nutrition that believes your log

Targets are Mifflin-St Jeor with the activity multiplier scaled by how often you actually trained — not the activity level you optimistically picked at signup.

Eight programs, ready to run

Two days a week up to six, beginner to advanced, full gym down to nothing but the floor — all free, with no upsell in the middle of a set. Pro adds three periodised blocks that wave the load across weeks.

One phone, separate logs

Storage is namespaced per account, so two people sharing a device never see each other’s training.

Coaches write their own programs

Days, exercises, sets, reps and rest — assigned to a client and it arrives on their phone complete. It never overwrites the program they chose for themselves: both sit on the home screen and they pick which to train.

Crash-proof sessions

An in-progress workout is written on every change. Force-quit at set three and set three is still there.

Light, dark, and kg or lb

Follows the system theme. Weights are stored in kg and displayed however you like.

Every movement, animated

Never wonder which lift you're looking at.

Each exercise animates through its own range of motion, right where you log it. No videos to buffer, nothing to download — it works with the wifi off like the rest of the app.

For trainers

Send a code. Their training shows up. You coach.

Coaching software usually solves the trainer’s filing problem and creates the client’s motivation problem. RepTrack starts from the app the client actually wants to open, and gives you the roster on top of it — no seats to provision, no portal they resent, and the full logger, timer, PRs and streaks on their side.

1Send a code

They join, you never add them

Generate an invite code and send it however you already talk to them. They enter it once in the app — nothing is shared until they do, and they can end it whenever they like.

2Watch the log

You find out before they quit

Their sessions appear on your roster, sorted worst-adherence first, flagging the two things that predict a cancellation: missed blocks, and a lift that has stopped moving.

3Write the program

Your programming, not a template library

Build your own — days, exercises, sets, reps, rest — or start from one of the built-in templates. Keep as many as you run.

4Push it out

It lands in their app, complete

Assign it and the whole program travels to their phone the way you wrote it. Nothing for them to install, no spreadsheet per client, no chasing screenshots.

And the maths is not close

Coach is a flat $29/month for up to 20 clients and $49/month for up to 150 — not a fee per seat that punishes you for growing.

At 30 clients that is under two dollars a head per month.
